A brief statement of the nature
of t hi - suit is as follows, to wit:
Plaintiff is and has been for
more than twelve months imme-
diately prior to exhibiting this
petiton, an actual bona fide in-
habitant of the State of Texas,
and has resided in thc said County
of Bastrop where this suit is filed
for moro than six months next
preceding the filing thereof. Plain-
tiff sues for divorce on the
grounds of ten year separation,
as is more fully shown by Plain-
tiff's Petition on file in this suit.
The officer executing this pro-
cess shall promptly execute the
same according to law, and make
due return as the law directs.
Issued and given under my
hand and the Seal of said Court,
at office in Bastrop, Texas, this
the 2nd day of October A. D.
1945.
