Announces For
County Judge
I am asking the people of Bas-
trop County to elect me County
Judge in the Democratic Primary
Election on May 7.
I would like to say first that
Bastrop County has been very
good to me and my family, for
which I am very grateful. I serv-
ed Bastrop County for 18 years
as County Commissioner, from
which I voluntarily retired, and
I think that in those years, I
helped to get the county in good
shape financially. If I am elected
to the office of County Judge, I
pledge to continue to handle the
business of the county conserva-
tively and with every effort di-
rected to the best interests of the
people I serve.
