Churches Plan
Lenten Services
The Lutheran Churches of Bas-
trop and McDade are presenting
a series of Family Lenten Wor-
ship Services on the theme, "Voi-
d's From the Passion."
Each week, for six weeks, a
costumed personality involved in
the Passion Week experiences of
our Lord, Jesus Christ, will testi-
fy of what he did with Jesus, and
why.
The Reverend Charles Brink
meyer, Paige, and the Reverend
Kenneth Solberg, Bastrop, will
participate in the services.
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
will conduct its Lenten services
on Wednesday evenings at 8 p.m.
starting with A s h Wednesday.
