Same being a suit for a di-
vorce, and plaintiff alleging in
his petition that plaintiff and
defendant were married Janua-
ry 5th, 1931, and that defendant
did on the 10th day of April
1931, desert plaintiff, and that
they have lived apart without
cohabitation for as long as ten
years. "Riat there are no minor
children as issue of said mar-
riage, and that no community
estate exists, and praying for a
divorce from defendant, as is
more fully shown by Plaintiffs
Petition Oil file in this suit.
If this citation is not served
within ninety days after the
date of its issuance, it shall be
returned unserved.
The officer executing this writ
shall promptly serve the same
according to requirement of law,
