To the Men of Weiss,
We, the apathetic of Hanszen,
do herebye acknowledge to the
world that we have truly been
defeated at your hands. We no
longer will make any pretense of
being as creative or innovative as
you are in senseless gestures and
willful acts of destruction. You've
proved your masculinity to us in
several ways. You get drunk more
often, stay up later, plan music and
yell louder, carry Sammy faster
and chairs further. We concede.
We give up. You win. Now...please
leave us alone. We're not worth
wasting your talents on. Go play
with someone your own size.
Sincerely,
The Hanszen Weenies and
Self-Preservation Society

The People's Temple of Guyana
needs new members, so we will be
launching our 1979 membership
drive with a special presentation,
titled "The Power of Suggestion:
Real or Imaginary?"
There is plenty of room to
"move up" in this dynamic, well
known organization. Meet with
our local representative this Friday-
night at Midnight in the Chemistry
storeroom, and don't hesitate to
bring the whole family! Grape
Kool-Aid will be served.
Attention Chemical Engineers:
Bob Marshall, an AICHE
National Executive, will speak on
"Government Regulation and the
Chemical Engineer" at the final
AICHE meeting of the semester.
This will be on December 6,7 p.m.,

Take an hour break from your
calculator to learn about this
important subject and indulge in
some holiday refreshments.
