Dear Brother Herrera:
The Port Arthur Lulao Council i\o. 217 extends
to you and your staff a cordial invitation to be present
at our next general meeting, which will be held at the
Goodhue Hotel at h:Q0 P.M. on February 22, 1953. We
are particularly interested in having Miss Emily Rimmer
with us to enlightan and give us more details on Junior
Lulac work.
A representative group from the younger set will
be present to hear this discussion and to begin prepa-
rations for organizing a Junior Lulac Council.
We hope that you will bring a large group of
Lulacs from the Houston Council and we await your arrival
