By virtue of an act of the Legislature of the State of
Texas passed and approved February 7th A. D. 1853 supplementary
to an act granting to settlers on public domain pre-emption pri-
vileges, I have surveyed the following tract of land for Stacy
Collins, to-wit:
Beginning at the S. E. corner of W. Cotton's headright
Survey.
Thence due East 1344 vas to 2nd cor. a stake a pine 7 ins.
dia. bras. S. 37 1/2 E. 3 vas and a pine 8 ins. dia brs. N. 22
W. 8 vas.
Thence due S. 1344 vas. 3rd cor. a stake a pine 10 in dia.
brs. N. 30 W. 31.5 vas & another pine brs. N. 43 W. 6 vas.
Thence due W. 1344 vas. a stake a Tup. gum 18 ins. dia. brs.
N. 75 1/2 E. 5 vas. & a Tup. Gum 8 ins. dia. brs. N. 29 1/2 E.
6 varas.
Thence due North 1344 vas. to beginning containing 320 acres
of land nearly.
