Daily News If to bo found in your dis-
trict to be and uppear before the hon-
orable circuit court of the United
States to bo holilon for the fifth judi-
cial circuit at the court house thereof
in the city of Clalveston on Tuesday
the 8th day of June 1875 at 10 o'clock
a. si. then and there to show cause if
any they can why an attachment
shall not go agaiust them as a con-
tempt of court for printing and
