In Buffalo Trail
Council Increases
Membership <>f the Buffalo
Trail Council, Hoy Scouts of
America is now the largest in
its history, it was stated today
by Lyle Deffebaeh of Snyder,
chairman of the council's com-
mittee on organization and ex-
tension.
There are now .Kf>2 registered
yieinbers classified as follows:
Cub Scouts, 1-105. Scouts, 2270,
Scouters anil Cubbers, 1117.
There are 112 Scout troops, in
eluding 12 senior units, and 50
C'ub packs. There 102 units are
serving boys in fit communities
of the 15 county council area.
Membership is expected to
continue growing, Mr. Deffe-
bach said.
