night. Admission will he either
by canteen card or 25 cents guest
fee.
The young people are to he
dressed in Western costume, and
the most appropriately dressed
couple will be selected during the
evening. Refreshments will be

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Mix crackers with butter and line
*vell creased spring-form or deep
9-incn pie plate, saving about Vi
cup of mixture for topping. Dis-
solve telatin dessert in hot water.
Add lemon juice and sugar and
let stand while whipping Carna-
tion Milk to a stiff froth. Add
gelatin mixture to whipped Car-
nation Milk and continue whip-
pinp till stiff peak is formed. Stir
in lemon rind. Pour over cracker
crust. Top with remaining crumbs.
C.hill about 4 hours or till firm.
Serves 6 to B. For variety, other
gelatin dessert flavors and colors
may he used in this recipe. j
