Don't Neglect
That Stubborn
Hacking Cough
It is not only dangerous but entirely
unnecessary to let a persistent, hack-
ing cough rob you of sleep and strength.
For through a very simple treaiment
you can get almost instant relief, and
very often break the most stubborn
cough completely in 24 hours.
This treatment is based on thef amous
prescription known as Dr. King's New
Discovery for Coughs. You simply take
one teaspoonful at bed-time and hold
it in your throat for 15 or 20 seconds
before swallowing it. The prescrip-
tion has a double action, it not oniy
soothes and heals soreness and irrita-
tion, but it quickly removes the phlegm
and congestion which are the reel cam:
of night coughing. So the coughing
quickly ceases and you sleep right
undisturbed.
Dr. King's New Discovery is for
coughs, chest colds, sore throat, hoarse
ness, bronchitis, spasmodic croup, etc.
Fine for children as well as grown-
ups—no harmful drugs. Economical,
too, as the dose is only one teaspoon-
ful. At all good druggists. Ask for
day night with her brother and
family, Mr. Donnie Burgess.

The Ford Motor Company, in

of 2,103,588 cars, trucks, tract-
ors £>(nd airplanes during 1925
according to figures just given
out at the general offices of the
Ford Motor Company. Exclu-
sive of airplanes, which is ;<

this is an increase of 20.038
automotive units over 1921.
In the production of Ford car?

Zez Confrey.
Zez Confrey, famous composer of
the musical classic. "The Kitten on
the Keys." is
hailed by Ids
friends as tlie
nu>st versatile of

lar son? com-
posers. Those \* 'to

saying consider-
able since his
portrayal of the
delightful pranks
of a certain young feline frisking over
the Ivories has been recognized as the
model of American syncopaliou.
But Mr. Confrey has other "firsts"
in his repertoire, his acquaintances
declare. Country bred, he is a judge
of horse flesh, and also knows a good
cigar.
The simple life is Mr. Confrey's idea
of happiness. Kvery so often Manhat-
tan gets too crowded for him and he
hoards a train for the country and
the companionship of a certain mur-
muring brook. Inevitably he cornea
back with one of the merry tunes for
which he is noted.
A bachelor, Zez keeps open house
t'or his friends. If he invites a few of
the boys over for a midnight supper, I
he does the cooking himself. Invita-
tions to his lively little dinners are
sought after. There are two dishes to
which Mr. Confrey Is partial. So are
iiis friends. His recipes for the two
follow:
Royal Egg* With Mushroom Sauce.

1-3 pound mush- 1 V4 cup meat stock
rooms (This may be
