whore I will meet perhaps twenty men who
have written to mo with reference lo com-
ing here. 1 should have been on the road

Can I advise them to come to Dallas when
such gfosa Injustleo has been perpetrated
upon me amounting to a total sacrillce of
luy business without the slightest possible
reason for such actiuu on the pun of the
present council?
I'nder the circumstances I must submit
for the present hut if any legal remedy can
be utforded mo for damages done by incom-
petent mid unjust city legislation I shall
