Information and Warning.
I am informed by the Mayor
that the last day to pay taxes
without penalty is the 31st day
of December after assessment,
and all who do not pay by^that
time are delinquent and are re-
quired by law to pay a 10 per
cent penalty and 6 per cent in-
terest per annum after the 1st
day of January each year and
that the time to force collections
begins on the 1st day of January
after the assessment has been
made. All delinquents will please
take notice and pay up, thereby
save me the painful duty of levy-
