SUBJECT: The SantosCoy and Phillips Murder Connection.
On December 25th 19p0 at approximately 2:00a.m., Hector SantosCoy,
a Mexican-national, was murdered by police officer James Cammack.
As most of the Black community remembers, beinp involved In the murder
of fellow humans is nothing new to officer Cammack. Our sources have
revealed that Cammack was involved in the brutal beating death of Bobby
Jo Phillips, a Black man, on Kay Pth 1968.
Cammack as well as other police officers beat Bobby Jo Phillips with
flashlights, clubs and gun butts. After a Fire and Police Commission
investigation, Cammack and his cohorts were cleared of all charges and
are now roaming the streets again,, Sad enough, fate has allowed officer
Cammack a new opportunity, this time in the taking of Hector SantosCoys'
life.
Whereas the evidence indicates that officer Cammack and his co-workers
could have subdued SantosCoy through other methods of force,Cammack
chose to shoot.
