the Commissioner's Court of
Cherokee County, Texas, will re-
ceive sealed bids, up to 10:00
o'clock, a. m , March 25th, 1930,
for the purchase of Jacksonville
Road District Bonds, Numbered
1,2,8,4,5, and 6, of Series C,
each for the sum of $1,000.00.
Each bid shall be accompanied
by a certified check equal to five
per cent of the bid submitted.
The Court reserves the right
to reject any and all bids.
Bids shall be deposited with
the County Judge.
