ed to the estate in tha further Bum. of J 50 for
Belling a bore which was ilio property of the
said Sarah E. Brown and converting llie pro-
ceeds or said sate to bis own uso. Plaintiff
further alleges that the letters" oradministrplion
which had been granted to the aaiil Brown by tho
Probate Court of Dontou oouuty were ut the
November term 185S of said Court revoked and
that plaintiff wa appointed in bin stead; tht the
plaiiitiff returned an additional inventory contain
ing the property claimed in hi petition and that
the same if rocovered'wouid lie asaeta of the eptato
lie rcpreipsntu; wherewith to disoliar; tbe indobt-
ednotu of the eaine. l'laintilf prays for judsiaual
aninst said Brown for tin sum of two thousand
