Yesterday John P. Hunter of Mo-
Klnney passed through the eity en
route for that place having la charge
a man named Frost charged with the
killing of William Warden la Collin
county. In December 1S67. Warden
wbo waa an extensive land owner bad

Christopher Frost uncle to tba

do anything. Frost fired two shots one

six feet he came upon tbe skeleton of a
man all the bones being present Go-
ing some two feet further down be
unearthed tbe second skeleton of a
man where he found several old

were visible in cither one of the graves.
Mr. Ban kin's curiosity being aroused be
proceed and bad dug but a few feet
farther when tbe third skeleton wss
brought to light Here though there
wss no signs of a coffin there were
piled around a number of rocks. Tbe
bones of tbe skeleton were complete
and around the aukk- and wrist there
were silver bands while several unique
trinkets of gold and silver were found
adjacent
Mr. Kaokin dug farther but discov
ered nothing more. He believes the
skeletons are those of Spaniards but
is at a loss to account for such a novel
mode of burial tbat of placiug one
body a few feet above another. He
proposes to diepose of the skeleton last
found to some of the scientific soclet

poses for which tbey are used and liiat

county. They are miserably built of
bad material and are in a decaying
condition not eiuHoleutly ventilated
dangerous to the iives of the inmates.
