location of the depots on Ihe Interna-
tional railroad between Austin and San
Marcos. They claim they should not
beta been left out in the cold. Ooe de-
pot is st Bear creek and another at Kyle
three mile beyond the village- Satur
day the people of Mountain City and
vicinity held a ansae meeting and appoint
ed s committee to confer with tha rail-
road compaoT and induce lhem.il poi-
ble to establish a depot opposite their
town. Mountaia City is ths center ol a
