The Chair laid before the Senate
on its second reading the following
bill:
H. B. No. 99, A bill to be entitled
"An Act amending Section 5, of'
Chapter 26, Acts, Forty-second Leg-
islature, First Called Session, provid-
ing for the control of refineries, re-
quiring reports of same, authorizing
the Railroad Commission agents to
inspect refinery properties; requir-
ing such refineries to equip their pipe
lines with meters and report meas-
urements of same, and declaring an
emergency."
Senator Small sent up the follow-
ing amendment:
Amend Committee Substitute to
House Bill No. 99 by adding after
the word "out" in line 49 the fol-
lowing: "all above."

Amend H. B. No. 99, as substi-
tuted, by adding a new section as
follows:
"Subsection 1-a. The data, re-
ports and information obtained and
received hereunder shall be available
only for the following purposes: For
use of and by the Commission in en-
forcing its rules, regulations and or-
ders herein contemplated; for use of
and by the Attorney General; for
use of and by the Comptroller of
Public Accounts, and for use of and
by other constituted State officials
and departments as they may re-
quire, but in no event shall such
data, reports and information be
available for general public circula-
tion, other than as above directed."

Amend Moore amendment by in-
serting after the word "require" in
the eighth line the following:
"including all court proceedings."
