DUKE AGAIN SENTENCED TO
LIFE TEIUE FOR A MURDER.

was convicted by the jury In district
court here this morning on a chargo
of murdering Walter livers and a ver-
dict was returned which sentences
Duke to life Imprisonment. ThQ jury
was out all night deliberating on tho
case. This is Duke's second trial op
the same charge. He was sentenced
for life at tho ilrst trial. The killing
occurred near here a year and one half
lago.

Cross aged nineteen was probably
fatally wounded near horq this morn-
ing while hunting in Rosen Heights.
