tion for adoption. Pinchot's adminis-
tration of' the forest service' was en-
dorsed in this morning's session and
resolutions were Introduced highly en-
dorsing the Roosevelt and . Plnchot
methpilB of. conservation of the natiiral
resources of the. forests In tho United
States. Othe.r resolutions yero intro-
duced which favored the lease laws
which will allow tho government to let
out "public lands to bo used for grazing
purposes.' .

against free hides. Sam H.. CoWah of
' Fort Worth and James Callan presi-
dent of the Texas Cattle Raisors As-
