it to him. saying he had but two chews
and wanted them for his own use.
This led to a ipiarrel. which was end-
ed by Ciaffleld bring struck on the
head with a hoe. killing him Instantly

affliction has a violent temper.

of age. was shot to death In a negro
barber shop on the cast side of Main
street between Ninth and Tenth streets
Thursday afternoon. One Mint was
