Criminal Docket Taken Up This Morn-
I ing and Many Witnesses on Hand.

The Chase-Lister Theater Co. played
on Saturday night "The Revenge of an
Indian." The play was good and the
revengeful nature of the Indian was
represented In the character of Deer
foot in a most life-like way. Illustrat-
ed songs and good specialties were a
part of the evening's entertainment.
On tonight the company will open their
second week's engagement with a war
time play "The Blu. and the Gray."
The weather Is ideal and no doubt
large crowds of Bryan 1 tea will attend
the show during the coming week.
District Court met this morning at
9 o'clock Judge J. C. Scott presiding.
The criminal docket was taken up and
the following cases were set: Tom
Closs manslaughter March 23; Ed
Parker burglary two cases March
25; Ernest King murder 2d dftrre
March 22; Mack Jordon burglary and
robbery March 23; Bootsey Jack3on
burglary and robbery March 28; Will
Smith robbery and burglary March
28.
Divorces were granted today as fol-
