proach of the cotton picking and mar-
keting season the state Warehouse
and Marketing Department through
F C. Weinert and Peter Radford has
Just Issued a statement addressed to
the 7000 ginners In Texas relative to
the rules to be observed during the
ginning season under the new Perma
nent Warehouse Act.
Because this law was misunderstood
several times during the past ginning
season many complications arose.
This season according to an an-
nouncement the department desires
to aid the ginners and at the same
time require them to comply with the
law. Special stress Is laid on that
feature .of the law which requires ev-
ery glnner to take three samples of
each bale ginned. .The. constitutional
ity of this phase of the law has been
upheld In the higher courts.
