he announced that every ticket for
the game had been sold and that no
standing room would be available.

vented by keeping out of stoves ma-
terial which is so light that it can be
carried out of the chimney before it

defendants whose residences are un-

E. McFarland, Jr., Mildred McFar-
land Moore, T. Walter Moore, Triss
McFarland Shegog, John Shegog,
Mrs. Viola McFarland, and Mrs. Mit-
tie McFarland are Defendants, and
said petition alleging that on lor

1939, the plaintiff, Errol Francis,
was lawfully seized and possessed of
the following described land, to-wit:
Being situated in Cherokee Coun-
ty, Texas, and bang a part of each
of Lots Nos. 13, 14, and 16, in Block
167, in the Town of Jacksonville, in
said County, described by metes and
bounds as follows: to-wit:
Beginning on the West boundary
line of South Bolton Street at the
Southeast corner of the homestead
lot of G. L. Newton; Thence West-
ward with the South boundary line
of said G. L. Newton's land, 153 feet
to .a stake for corner on said line
one foot West of a large hackberry
tree; Thence Southward through a
small branch and with a cross fence
as same now runs, 130 feet to the
South boundary line of Lot 16 and-
North boundary line of Lot 17 in
said Block; Thence East with the
South boundary line of said Lot 16,
a distance of 142 feet to the South-
east corner of said Lot, 14 feet from
the concrete curb; Thence Northward
on a curved line 14 feet inside of
said Curb, 167 feet to the place of
beginning, being what is generally
known as the "C. N. Fleager Place".
