Addition to
Important for Women
A weak, run-down condition often
gives a foothold to functional
dysmenorrhea, causing much peri-
odical distress from headaches,
nervousness, cramp-like pain for
women. CARDUI so often helps in
such cases, for it sharpens appe-
tite, boosts flow of gastric juices;
so improves digestion, helps build
physical resistance. CARDUI, tak-
en a few days before and during
"the time," is another way to help
periodic distress, Used 50 years.

To Whom It May Concern:
We, the undersigned Ministers of Lufkin, per-
sonally know Mr. R. C. Musslewhite, who is a can-
date for the State Senate, and know him to be a
man of unquestionable habits; a man of sterling
character, who is a Christian gentleman, above
reproach, and the kind of a man the people should
send to the State Senate. His personal and polit-
ical life has always been on the side of the things
that were morally right, even though it cost him
politically to do so. Any reports or rumors to the
contrary, cannot be based upon fact, and must come
from those who wish to impugn his character or
good name.
We commend him as a man who is trustwor-
thy, and one who will be faithful to any task plac-
ed in his hands. His record as District Attorney,
for efficiency and his conscientious performance of
his duty without fear or favor, will bear this tes-
timony.
