As citizens of your community,
your State, and the Gulf South,
the employes of this Company
Iwltf an active interest in local
civic affairs. They buy from
local stores, pay taxes, and con-
tribute to worthwhile charities.
They are interested in the wel-
fare of the communities in
which they live.
The first duty of these employes
is to help maintain Dependable
Natural Gas Service. In other
words, it is their job to see that
the people, through their local
Gas Companies, have the com-
forts and conveniences of this
modern fuel whenever they
want it. Above and beyond this,
our employes owe, and care-
fully discharge, their obliga-
tions to their own communities
—their home townB.
As our employes do, so do we as
a business institution—take a
direct interest in the life and
welfare of the communities of
which we are a part—"good
cilitent wherever we lerve."
