Does He Still Own Us P
We have often asked ourselves
if a certain line-haired crooked-
legged gentleman didn't still own
Abilene and if it wasn't due to
his good nature that we were al-

the same old stand. The follow-
ing letter which the Xews man
("scooped" recently may shed
some light upon the question. We
give it verbatim et liberating not
daring to interfere with either the
spelling or the grammar of such a
scholarly gentleman:

We doubt
not that the whole misunderstand-

Our failure to be bonded to-day
