'Conditions Governing Races.
The West Texas Fair reserves the' right to change the
order of the programme declare oft all the races not
filling "satisfactory or 6a account of bad weather or un-
avoidable causes that would make races unsafe or un-
profitable. ' Rules of the American Association shall ' govern all
races unless otherwise prbvided for.
'' 1. In making entries the name of the owner the
name ago sex and breeding of the horse must be given.
'i; 2. vEach entrance must be made on separate blank
3 Condition of races governing the weight to be car-
ried. Owners and trainers are responsible for hdrse's
weights where disputes arise as to the -weight to be car-
ried the judges decision shall be final and no recourse
la to be had against the West Texas Fair Association.
4 The Premiums In all races shall be divided: 60
per centiTo the winner 25 per cent to the second and 15
per cent to the third unless otherwise agreed upon. .
5: In neither harness or running races will one
man ho allowed more than one money nnd the earnings
dfcth'e distant horse.shall revert back to the Association:
6. Races will be called at 2.30 p. m. 'weather per
mitting. r
7; Owners' or drivers or others In charge will be
fined or ruled out of the race by the Judges for riot prompt-
ly responding to the call for the race' or In any way de-
laying the same.
8. The right Is reserved .by the Association to change
!ihe time or order of the programme.
9. In all races there must be 5 or more to enter
vand 3 or more to start if fewdr enter or start the right is
reserved by the Association to call such races off.
10. An entrance fee of 10 per cent of purse payable
when horses are entered.
11. Entrance to running Races close at 7 p. m. of
-.the day before the race.
12. Entrance to Harness Races close October 12th.
' 13. Entrance In. all Races may be made with S. D.

14. Records made on or after Oct. 12 1907 no bar.
15. Special Races Cow Pony Jockey and Relay
Races may be substituted for Races not filling.
