Harding administration will soon'tnko

T. Craig of Dultith Minn. executive
director of tho Great Lakes-St. Law-
rence Tidewater Association who was
recently here in tho interests of the
project said
"The next step we look for is an
agreement between the United States
and Canada covering tho development
and use of the waterway. This can be
accomplished cither by negotiations
