Against tho Standard.
'Nashville Tenn.: A decree In fa-
vor of the State of Tennessee has
been rendered by Chancellor J. W.
Stout at Gallatin Terin. In tho caso
of the State of .Tennessee vs. the
Standard Oil Company because of Il-
legal discrimination. At Gallatin tho
State filed a bill to revoke the licenses
of the Standard and prevent It from
doing business in Tennessee. Thla
bill was filed several months ago and
on November 14 1907 an amendment
was added charging the company with;
