Building In Linden
Burke and Caver are building a
50x75 foot garage building in Lin
den on the old depot lot. It will be
a modern one story brick building
in which they hope to open a gar-
age and car agency in the next
six weeks.
As soon as they complete this
building, they plan to erect a mod
era brick building 50x100 feet on
their lots on the main street to
house their auto supply store.
More people than ever
before are using long distance
nowadays. Circuits are crowded to
overflowing with thousands of calls, and
some calls are bound to be delayed.
But the operator will say:11 There will he
a delay on your call"—less and less as
more and more new circuits are put into
service.
We're working toward the goal of handling
all calls promptly and to your liking.
