creamy snacks are so easy that any
student can make them from the
Comfort of a dorm and are sure; to
leave roommates asking for more.
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp. softened butter
2/3 cup powdered sugar

sugar. You may need to add more
to get the filling thick enough to
form dough.
Roll teaspoons of the peanut
butter mixture between your
palms to form balls. Sandwich the
mixture between two pretzels and
place on a plate or cookie sheet.
Freeze the pretzel sandwiches for
half an hour.
Melt the chocolate chips, using
the microwave for 30-second inter-
vals. Dip half of each pret zel sand-
wich in chocolate. Return the tray
to the freezer and chill until the
chocolate sets. Store the Peanut
Butter Pretzel Bites in the refrig-
erator until serving time.
All the ingredients are inex-
pensive and easy to find at a local
grocery store. Use Nutella instead
of peanut butter for a fun and deli-
cious twist on this simple snack.
