And observed the doctors and nurses urging to oring the Officer back to life. At 1:B$ pm Br. Richard Liquori pronounced him dead. At It$Q pm by request of Capt. Talbert Dr Paul Moellenhoff removed a bullet from Officer Tippit's stomach so identification could be made as to the caliber ox -..he gun used in the shooting. 1J8 slug and a button from officer's shirt was removed from this wound. The slub and button were turned over to Capt Doughty of I B Bureau. At 3 * 30 pm Capt Fritz of the uomocide Bureau advised Officers to take the 38 S & *i snubnose (Ser # 510210) that was used in the shooting and 3 live 38 shells and also turned these over to Capt Doughty.
