at them, SUBJECT further stated that ESTELLE BURTON had
gotton behind RUBY, and hit him over the head with a whiskey
bottle, SUBJECT stated that the blow cut P.UBY'S head, and
about this time the police arrived, SUBJECT stated that the
officers told them to leave, and go to a decent place if they
wanted to drink.
SUBJECT stated that this was his only contact with JACK
RUBY. SUBJECT further stated that the only time he saw USE
HARVEY OSWALD was on television, never in person. SUBJECT
stated that he had never seen RUBY and OSWALD together.

OFFICERS COMMENT: SUBJECT was cooperative during the
interview. SUBJECT stated that BILLY JOE
HUCKABY is his step-son. SUBJECT stated
that he did not know the present address
of NOLAN BURTON.
BILLY JOE HUCKABY is currently serving a
prison sentence in the Texas Department of
Corrections for the offense of Armed Robbery.
