officers radio call sheet, A copy of this radio call sheet

SUBJECT was interviewed try the undersigned officer,
and SUBJECT stated, that he vaguely remembers the incident.
SUBJECT stated that he, 3CBBY RAY HARRIS, and CLIFTON MC CRAIG
were at the SILVER SPUR, 1717 S. ERVAY STREET, on July 18,
1953 drinking beer, SUBJECT further stated that evidently
someone called the police, because the three of them were
placed in jail, and charged with Drunk and Disorderly,
SUBJECT stated that he paid a ten dollar fine,
SUBJECT stated that he had never seen JACK RUBY
except on television, SUBJECT further stated that he
had never seen LEE HARVEY OSWALD, and had never seen
RUBY and OSWALD together.
