AN OPEN LETTER TO EARL WARREN, CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME C0URg6os gay Oregon
July 11/196^
Earl Warren
Warren Commission
Washington, D. C.
Dear Sir:
Six months ago I sent you a group of photostats of letters, along with photographs:
1. A letter addressed to Sec. of Navy Fred Korth and to Gov. John Connally. A copy
of these letters were witnessed before a notary public on August 12, 19&3* As they
were being placed in the mail box.es, a group of Micro-photos were made. I quote from
the letters, "A group known as JFCOTT, (Justice For Crew Of The Thresher) are
in Dallas, Texas. They plan to assassinate you, with a high power rifle as you ride
in an open car, in a parade in Dallas, Texas." On Aug. 23, 2? & 28 Naval Officials and
Postal inspectors questioned my wife & I about these letters. This was over 3 months
prior to the Dallas Tragedy.
2# From a letter sent certified mail, reciept #68^0?8, dated Mar. 2, 19^3 and addressed
to Sec. of Navy, Fred Korth, I quote, "The Bendix Corp. used Fraudulent pressure/depth
tests on equipment built for Navy "N" Submarines. Before Navy loses a sub, and you
have to notify the next of kin, please investigate." Five weeks later the sub Thresher
carried 129 young Americans to a horrible death. In a certified letter, #11^906, Mar.
23, 1963 and sent to Sec. of defense Robt. McNamara, I quote, "The Bendix Corp. has
obtained millions of dollars of the taxpayers money on Naval projects, by fraud. I
have authentic Naval Documemts which rpoves this.
3. The organization, JFCOTT, was formed after the Navy Ccurt of Inquiry did a "White
Wash" job on the loss of the sub Thresher. After the Dallas tragedy, Naval Officials
tried to state, "The letter was not mailed." I produced prints of themail box, tree
foliage, etc. These prints were made by a commercial shop, and bore their stamp, Aud.63
Here are the words of a Naval Official, "The men...are dead. Photostats of letters
written by high Naval Officials and you have fallen into hands of next of kin, It..."
The American people have been defraud out of hundreds of millions of $'r>. Their
leader has met violent death, along with a 130 other young Americans. Our i*avy has
been reduced to second class status. To date here is the results of theseletters,
My mail is withheld. My phone is tapped. My wife and I have been threatened. Our
every move is watched. Not a single person from the Warren Commission has ever
contacted us in any way.
I am an extremist...in Americanism. I along with my fellow Americans have stood by
and allowed a Gestapo-type police state be set up. The rights granted to all under
the Bill of Rights and the Constitution have been taken away by those in power. As
Chief Justice of The Supreme Court of The United States you know this better than
anyone. Today, the law of the land is Fraud, Deciet and all the other horrors that
exist when any greedy men take over a country. It makes no difference what it is
called, COMMUNISM, HITLERISM, CASTROISM, etc. Thoy all mean the same, DESTRUCTION OF
FREEDOM. Please release the Warren report in full. H. C. Hill and the others who planne*
the assassination. Why this heinous crime was committed and why it was committed in
the State of Texas.
Respectfully yours,
Edward F. Bray EE
(Ex) Field Eng. in Chg. Navy Mark^6 Sea Accpt.Tests
