son for love, fear, favor, affection
or hope of reward. I shall per-
form my duty faithfully and sin-
cerely and to the very best of my
ability, in accordance with the
oath of office aud my duty to the
State, and 1 shall represent thp
State with the same zeal, earn-
estness, diligence and effort as if
I were representing an individual.
