Dollars That Work,
Help the Community
|jS'
The real value of a dollar in
this community in progressive.
The more often it is spent to bay
hottie produced or home sold
Merchandise, the more valuable
it becomes. If it is spent nfteti
enough, it will double itl vafue.
This may-seem a little out of
the ordinary as a statement,
but let's see. Every time a doK
lar is spent it produces a certain
percentage of profit. HentJe to
increase it value to the comnitf
nity at large, all wh lia've to do

of profit each t'ftnte'—■ result, soon-

•So yotr see, it is to your ad van-
tage" and to our advantage to
keep our dollars at home! where
they can work for us home folks.
When we employ labor, femploy
liomefylks. When tte buy any-
thing, patronize borne folks. It
is to our own self interests that
we do so.
On another page of this issue,
the businessmen present in a full
page advertisement a appeal on
why it pays to try first at home
when you need anything. We
heartily agree with them, siuce
we know we profit even more
than do they.
