keep our recollection fresh for
the glorious deeds done for our
sake

our appreciation for our soldier
boys and in recognition of his
own sterling worth and stalwart
democracy, we instruct our dele-

the 27th of May to support Al-
vin G. Owsley tor the democrat
ic nomination for the Vice
Presidency of the United States.

NIPPER-VANDIVORT.
The marriage of Miss Joboie
Grace Nipper, dadghter of Mr
and* Mrs T. L. Nipper of this
city, to Mr. O. B Vaudivort, a
prominent young business man
of Dallas, Texas, was solemnized
at t,he home of the brides pareu ts
at 8 O'clock Tuesday morning,
May (ith, 1924. Rhv. VV. S. Eas-
terling officiating. The riog
ceremony wiia used.
The home was beautifullyde-
corated with masses of foses
and ferus.
The bride wore for the cere-
mony, a brown roshanua cos-
tume with hat and accessories
to harmoize. Her flowers were
brides roses.
After the ceremony they repair-
ed to t he dinning room where a
three course breakfart was serv
ed to immediate relatives and
friends.
Mr. and Mrs. Vaodivort left
immediately, amidst a shower of
rice, for a short wedding tour,
after which they will be at borne
at 5503 Bonita Strflet, Dallus.
