white gladioli. The
couple Kneeled on a
white satin pillow.
Given In marriage by
her father, the oride
chose a dress of white
lace over taffeta. Her
bridal veil of silk ill-
usion fell from a crown,
and she carried
a bouquet of white car-
nations on a white Bible.
Jan Thomason of Wylie
was the maid-of-honor
and wore a pink lace
dress with matching
accessories. She wore
a corsage of pink car-
nations.
W. L. Stewart of McKin-
ney was his nephew's
best man.
Ring bearer was Davis
Clark, brother of the
bride, who carried a
white satin pillow with
rings tied in pink rib-
bons.
Serving as ushers were
Larry McGuire of Dal-
las, and Charles Ross
of Wylie.
For the ceremony the
bride's mother wore a
beige lace dress with
matching accessories,
and the groom's mother
chose a two-piece pink
knit dress also with
matching accessories.
They wore corsages of
white carnations.
A reception followed the
ceremony in the Fellow-
ship Hall of the church.
Assisting in the house-
party were Miss Sharon
Fulkerson, Miss Paula
Wilson and Miss Judy
Collingsworth.
After a short wedding
trip to Oklahoma and
Arkansas the couple
will be at home at 104
N. Fourth Street here
in Wylie.
Mrs. McGuffey chose a
pink suit and white ac-
cessories for traveling.
