Wound In Arm Treated Reported
Now as Not Being Very Serious.
Mr. C. A. Aik'en conductor in
the service of the Santa Fe was
in the city yesterday for the pur-
pose of having the knife wound
in his arm (mention of which
-was made in yesterday's Trib-
une) examined and treated by the
Company's surgeon in Temple
Dr. White stated to a represen-
tative of the Tribune last evening
that the injury will not prove se-
rious in results necessarily and
there seems to be no reason for
anticipating; blood poisoning.
The injury was received by Mr.
Aiken while in the performance
of his duties as conductor of a
weet bound train early in the
week. He left on the afternoon
train for his home in Angelo af-
ter havine received the necessary
surgical attention. Tribune
