a.m. March 3. He will
discuss rural develop-
ment.
The Farm Show is open to
the public and is free.
The show is open from
10:30 a. m. to 5;30 p.
m. each day, and will
be held in the new, air
conditioned Tarrant
County Convention Cen-
ter.
The show will cover
nearly 100.000 square
feet of exhibition space.
More than 300 manufac -
turers featuring the lat-
est and newest in farm
products will be ex-
hibitors.
Also featured will be a
national tractor pull.
More than 65 tractor
pullers from throughout
the nation will compete.
A special fashion show
will be held March 4
through cooperation of the
Marketing Division of the
Texas Department of Ag-
riculture and the Texas
Agricultural Products pro-
gram.

fishermen who did not file
a declaration of estimated
Federal income tax by
January 17 may have a
tax deadline by March 1.
Ellis Campbell, Jr., Dis-
trict Director of Internal
Revenue for North Texas
earned at least two-thirds
of your 1971 gross income
from farming or fishing
but did not file an es-
timate by January 17, you
must file your 1971
Federal income tax re-
turn and pay any tax due
by Wednesday, March 1,
1972, to avoid penalty for
underpayment of esti-
matea tax.

Municipal Water District
for "Protective Covering
for 42-Inch Water Line at
Dairy Road and State
Highway 66" will be re-
ceived at the office of the
District at the Water
Treatment Plant near Wy-
lie, Collin County, Texas,
until 3:00 P.M. on March
14, 1972, after which time
the bids will be publicly
opened and read. Any bid
received after the above
fixed time will be re-
turned unopened.
Proposals shall be ac-
companied by a certified
or cashier's check on a
state or national bank in
an amount not less than
five per cent (5%) of the
largest possible total of
the bid submitted, payable
without recourse to the
North Texas Municipal
Water District, or an ac-
ceptable bid bond for the
same amount, from a re-
liable surety company, as
a guarantee that the bid-
der will enter into a con-
tract and execute required
Performance and Pay-
ment Bonds within ten (10)
days after notice of
award of contract to him.
The notice of award of
contract shall be given
the successful bidder
within thirty (30) days fol-
lowing the opening of bids.
The successful bidder
must furnish Perfor-
mance Bond upon the form
provided in the amount
of one hundred per cent
(100%) of the contract
price and a material and
labor Payment Bond up-
on the form provided in
the amount of one hun-
dred per cent (100%) of
the contract price, from
an approved surety com-
pany holding a permit
from the State of Texas
to act as surety, or
other surety or sure-
ties acceptable to the
Owner.
The right is reserved, as
the interest of the Owner
may require, to reject
any and all bids, and to
waive any informality in
the bids received.

file at the office of the
District and may be pro-
cured from the office of
the Engineer, Forrest and
Cotton, Inc., Consulting
Engineers, 600 Mer-
cantile Continental Build-
