Plants Enhance Home, Office
Says New Business Owner
* M
Teresa Cole, Wylie, has
started a new business which
she hopes will place a touch
of nature throughout the
fast-paced community -- in
both businesses and homes.
She calls her company Four
Leaf Company and she focus-
es on interior plant design and
maintenance in both live arid
artificial selections.
She can design the overall
plant plan and then she offers
a service which includes
cleaning and watering or
dusting and controlling pests.
Her expertise comes from
spending some 2 1/2 years in
a nursery/greenhouse busi-
ness owned by her father in
Oklahoma City.
"One of my clients, a
physical therapist, said that
the visitors to his office were
particularly impressed with
the addition of the pastel silk
arrangements I placed there.
They call them mood-inspir-
ing," Teresa said.
The new company owner
said: "I enjoy helping people
who love plants and those
who don't have time to care
for them. And I'm also a good
re-potter for, say, an older
person who isn't able to
transfer a plant from a con-
tainer which it has outgrown. I
recently repotted a 15-foot
ficus tree."
Teresa will be able to order
Michigan Scotch pines for
local business sites.
"Many times the employees
are just too busy to handle
the extra chore of decorating,
so I can take care of that
also," she said. "And it's not
too early to start thinking
about holiday decorating."
As a courtesy, Teresa
maintains the plants at the
Wylie Library.
She and her husband have
two sons, 2 1/2 and four
months old. Her husband,
Charles, is with Ford Motor
Credit in Richardson.
If it's plant or decorating
know-how you're looking for,
give Teresa Cole a call at
412-0632.
