Backache
May Worn of Disordered
Kidney Action
Modern life Ith Its hurry and worry,
irregular habits, improper eating and
drinkinj?—Its risk of exposure and infec-
tion—throws heavy strain on the work
of tho kidneys. They are apt to become
over-taxed and fail to filter oxcess acid
and other impurities from the life-giving
blood.
You may suffer nagging backache,
headache, dizziness, getting up nights,
leg pains, swelling—feel constantly
tired, nervous, all worn out. Other signs
of kidney or bladder disorder are some-
times burning, scanty or Upo frequent
urination.
Try Doan'e Pills. Doan'a help tho
kidneys to pass off harmful excess body
waste. They have had more than half a
century of public approval. Are recom-
mended by grateful users everywhere.

Mrs. J. V. Kennedy, Reporter
Most christians have passed
through a spiritual experience at
one time or another which has left
them with a glow and wormth
that has been very comforting. Are
you one of these? Have you thru
neglect of your duty to your Lord
lost that feeling? We have some
who are members of our church
who haven't been to church in
years, maybe, except when duty
called them to a funeral. Well your
duty is first to your Christ who
died for you. Come on out to ser
vices and feel that warmth again
For your duty if you love the Lord
is to come out and help in His
work. We had good services over
the week end. Was raining but our
pastor Bro. Jim Smith was pres-
ent and if he can go and come
can't you?
Remember prayer services on
Thursday night, SS at 10 a.m. this
coming Sunday. Singing was good
Sunday night, not so many pres
ent but welcome those back again
Will be singing at church Friday
night, Dec. 19th. We are going to
try and get our seats started as
soon as possible as we need them
so bad.
Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Kennedy
and children, Mrs. Hunter Kenne
dy and Linda were Sunday dinner
guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Ken-
nedy.
Mr. and Mrs. N. R. Waters and
Margaret Ann visited Mr. Parker

So glad to report him so much
better.

Put 1947 Power into your car
with this brand-new
Buick Fireball engine
OWN up. Don't you dream
about bossing a hoodful of
flashing 1947 lJuick Fireball
power?
Doesn't your pulse quicken at
the thought of nudging the treadle
and feeling the surge of lift and
determined drive these sleek
new babies have?
Then here's something you'll be
glad to know about.
You can get a brand-new 1947
engine for your car — a factory-
fresh, Fireball straight-eight for
any Huick built in the last ten
years.It's the selfsame Dynaflash
beauty going into new Buieks
every day.
You see, we can build engines
faster than we can build cars. It's
sheet steel, bodies and other
parts that are short and that hold
back complete automobiles.
So we have these engines right
now. We can lift out your present
one, lower a gleaming new one
in its place, and there you are
with one of the keenest, liveliest
power plants on the road today,
and with a car worth lots more
when you're ready to turn it in.
It doesn't take long—far less time
than a thorough overhaul. And it
usually costs less in the bargain.
So here's your chance to get
snappy, powerful 1947 perform-
ance. It's next best to get-
ting a new Buick. Drop
around and let us give
you facts and figures.
