The good deed is recycling
aluminum beverage cans. The
profit? Well, you, or your troop,
profits by getting cash for every
pound of aluminum beverage
cans you bring in. And there's
nothing to buy, either. So you
keep all the money you make.
Not just part of it. And when you
recycle aluminum cans, you're
doing your part to save energy.
Producing new aluminum
from used aluminum beverage
cans saves 95 percent of the
energy required to produfce
molten aluminum from ore.
Recycling not only conserves
energy, but also saves natural
resources and helps keep the
environment free of litter.
Chances are there are
enough all-aluminum cans in
your area to start your own recy-
cling program. It's as easy as
writing to Aluminum Company of
America, 342-E Alcoa Building,
Pittsburgh, PA 15219. We'll send
you all the information you need.
So you can clean up. In
more ways than one.
