We, the undersigned Jury of
Freeholders, citizens of said Lip-
scomb County,. Texas, duly
appointed by the Commissioners'
Court of Lipscomb County, Tex-
as, at its May Term, 1917, to
view and establish a firet class
road, and having been duly
sworn as the law directs, hereby
give notice that we will, on the
7th day of July,, 1917, assemble
at the Lipscomb-Ochiltree County
line, at a place where the north
line of Section No. 147 intersects
said county line, and thence pro-
ceed to survey, locate, view, mark
out and establish said road, be-
ginning at said Lipscomb-Ochil-
tree line at said point where the
north line of said Section No. 147
Block No. 43, situated in Lip-
scomb County, intersects said
county line. Thence East along
section lines about 3i miles to the
middle point of the north line of
Section No. 150, said block, Lip-
scomb County. Thence south
through the middle of Sections
No. 150,Nc\. 115 and No. 62, said
block and county, to the Lip-
scomb-Hemphill County line.
And we do hereby notify J. H.
Lisle, D. S. Orange, Ed. Brainard,
S. McCane, L. S. Jones, G. W.
Furrey, E. J. Record, Hunter &
Marshall and J. A. Crane, owners
of all or parts of Sections No. 147,
No. 150, No. 62, No. 206, No.
205, No. 204 and No. 203, all in
Block No. 43, Lipscomb County,
Texas, and any and all persons
owning lands through which said
road may run, that we will at the
same time proceed to assess the
damages incidental to the open-
ing and establishment of- said
road, when they may, either in
person or by agent or attorney,
present to us a written statement
of the amount of damages, if any,
claimed by them.
