Engagement announced
Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Brewer of Gainesville have announced
the engagement of their daughter, Lynda Carole, to Wayne
Martin Sage, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Sage of Electra,
formerly of Naples. He is the grandson of Mrs. Esther Car-
lisle. The wedding is planned for Sept. 3 in Temple Bap-
tist Church at Gainesville. Miss Brewer was graduated
from Gainesville high school and attended Decatur Baptist
College. She is currently attending East Texas Baptist Col-
lege at Marshall, where she is a junior student. The pros-
pective bridegroom was graduated from Burkburnett high
school and attended Decatur Baptist College. He also is
attending East Texas Baptist College, where he is a junior
ministerial student.
