FHA Spring Banquet
Concluding an active F.H.A.
Week was the annual Spring
Banquet, hefd Saturday night
In the Latta Hall ot First
United Methodist Church. The
theme of] "Gay 90's" was
carried out by decorations of a
gazebo, old time posters, and
centerpieces.
Continuing the theme,
servers were dressed In
costumes from the "Gay
90s."
Barber shop quartet provided
the appropriate music.
Meredith Moore was
crowned as "Best Beau" with
runners-up Randy Reynolds
and Kelly Ferree
Over-all high point girl was
Kim Griffin. Susie Hardy,
Rhonda Dewbre, Tracy Ancell,
and Kristi McGlnnes were
high points In their classes
The sponsors, Debbie
Heathlngton and Jenna Tay-
lor. and President Barbara
Berry were presented gifts of
appreciation.
Also attending the banquet
were chapter parents Messrs.
and Mmes. Donnie Berry, Joe
Dwyer, NatharT Boardman,
Doug Boone, and Kenneth

the engagement and forthcoming marriage ol
their daughter, Norma Linda, to Ernest Oauna ol
McAdoo. Mr. Otuna Is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Ruben Osuna Sr. of McAdoo.
Miss Padilla Is a junior at Crosbyton High
School. The prospective brldagroom was

Monday morning after being a
patient In Crosbyton Clinic
Hospital since the previous
Monday.

as "Best Beau" of the Crosbyton High FHA
Chapter during the spring banquet Friday
evening. Barbara Berry, [left], chapter
president, crowned the CHS junior, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Frank K. Moore. Also shown

Edwards Chapter of Future
Teachers of America for the
1976-79 school year during a
Monday night meeting. The
FTA session was held In Reba
Simmons' home.

president; Kim Griffin, secret
tary; Amy Leatherwood, treas-
urer; Rhonda Reynolds,
reporter; Doug McClure, par-
liamentarian; Harvey Plna,
projects chairman; and Kelly

of his 1977 planted acres of
