What Became of the Money f
Last week the Echo stated
what it believed to be true re-
garding the die position of the
money received from the enter-
tainment given by the Arliug-
tous for the benefit of a poor
family living near this place.,
The Echo stated the expenses
were $10 aud the poor widow
received $45, of the net proceeds
of what the public believed to
be at least a $125 house, some
putting it ae high as $150.
